Slow down there! A driver roaring down Highway 17 was caught by Delta Police and charged with excessive speeding Thursday morning.

Police caught a driver in a Jaguar supercar travelling at a speed of 173 km/h in an 80 km/h zone.
That’s 93 km/h over the posted speed limit.

The supercar was impounded and the driver also got a $483 ticket for excessive speeding.
