Lottery Corp. payed Luongo’s $10,000 fee into the World Series of Poker Tournament in Vegas where the goal tender finished 634th out of 6,598 players earning $19,227. This also happened to be Roberto’s first live tournament. Bobby Lu’s brother Fabio, who was also in the tournament, one upped his bro and finished at 418th with total earning of $28,530.
PokerListings.com has announced that Roberto plans to return to Las Vegas for the 2013 WSOP Main Event which kicks off Saturday July 6.
“I’m very excited to be participating again in the World Series of Poker in Las Vegas on behalf of PlayNow.com,” Luongo told PokerListings.com.
