Just yesterday, we reported that Vancouver’s very own Canuck the Crow has gone missing.
According to Shawn Bergman, Canuck’s human friend, the crow has not been seen since Friday, August 30th, 2019.
On Tuesday evening, Bergman announced in a post on the Canuck and I Facebook page that “there is now a reward of $10,000 for Canuck’s safe return”.
“I want my buddy to come home, and if there is anybody out there who has taken him, please let him go,” says Bergman.
Back in July, Canuck officially became a “federally protected crow”. The idea was first proposed back in 2016 and was finally made possible this year.
