Think you can handle the heat? Vancouver’s hottest new food challenge is here to test your limits, one wing at a time.
On Sunday, July 27th at 7PM, Steamworks Mount Pleasant will be the battleground for a one-night-only Hot Wings Challenge that’s equal parts entertainment and torture, in the best way possible.
Hosted by Sportsnet 650’s Joe Leary, the evening will feature eight wings, each coated in a hot sauce hotter than the last. The event is headlined by Gladstone Hot Sauce, a rising star in BC’s small-batch food scene, known for clean ingredients, real flavour, and a slow-building fire that doesn’t quit.
The Format: One Wing at a Time
If you’ve ever watched a hot wings challenge and thought you could survive the gauntlet, now’s your chance to prove it. Contestants will face eight rounds of wings, each one a step higher on the Scoville scale.
