How fast is too fast?

Most people would probably admit to driving above speed limits from time to time.

Going 60 km/h in a 50 km/h zone is not a particularly egregious offence. But going 112 km/h in a 50 km/h zone? That’s a whole other level.


Unfortunately, that’s how fast one driver was going before they were caught by Burnaby RCMP.

That driver’s punishment?

A $368 fine and their vehicle-impounded for seven days, according to the Burnaby RCMP.

Outrage, of course, ensued.
