Sea-to-Sky Highway

Yesterday was a perfect day for a Yervana adventure

Length: 162 kilometres

The Sea-to-Sky highway is a dazzling stretch of highway. Its name is literal, with the serene blue sea on one side, sky-high jagged rock faces on the other, and just you and the road in-between.

In the words of Moana, “see the line where the sky meets the sea? It calls me.”

The Great Northern Circle Route

Length: 3,190 kilometres

A dreamy route that both starts and ends in Prince George, The Great Northern Circle Route is best for those who want to knock the true Canadian wilderness off of their bucket list.

The route takes you on the Alaska Highway, soaring through the Northern Lights, natural hot spring pools, and Fur Trade history. Sprinkle wildlife in – moose, stone sheep, grizzly bears – in with the history, and it’s a roadtrip you won’t forget.

Revelstoke to Golden

A post shared by Yader Mena (@yader.mena.76) on

Length: 148 kilometres

The Revelstoke to Golden route, otherwise unofficially named Majestic Mountain Range.

It’ll be hard to keep your eyes on the road while passing through this area on the Trans-Canada Highway. Pass one mountain range after another, revealing at each being equally stunning.

It’s also where you pass Rogers Pass National Historic Site, a place known for where the Canadian Pacific Railway (CPR) connected a nation from coast-to-coast. You can stop here and hike along the abandoned railway, or stop in Mount Revelstoke to hike through some wildflowers.

Osoyoos to Lake Country

Kelowna is lush 👌

Length: 150 kilometers

Indulge in Interior BC and its beauty while driving through Route 97 on these British Columbia drives.

Not only is it Lake Country, but its fertile grounds can also be deemed wine country as well. Blaze through with those roads with summery vibes, soaking in the sights of vineyards, mountains, lakes, and an abundance of fruit stands.

Pacific Marine Circle Route

Length: 255 kilometers

Starting in Victoria, the Pacific Marine Circle Route is a spectacular tour of Vancouver Island’s coast.

It takes you through BC’s second largest wine region, ancient forests, gigantic aged trees, beaches, and unique little stores along the path. Still not convinced? The breathtaking views of the Juan de Fuca Strait might convince you otherwise.

Hudson’s Hope to Fort St. John

Length: 86 kilometres

Hudson’s Hope to Fort St. John is a stretch of road deemed Highway 29, a journey that takes you through the incredulous Peace River Valley.

You can knock off seeing bears, moose, deer, and elk off of your list, all while soaking in the rolling hills, farmland, and ethereal forests.

Kaslo to New Denver

Length: 50 kilometres

A narrow, winding stretch of road, Highway 31A between Kaslo and New Denver is perfect for those looking for a mini motorcycle trip.

It’s scenic, with endless views of mountain glaciers, and the Kaslo river. If you need a break, you can detour to Idaho Peak, which is a 12km drive up a dirt road (worth it, we promise).
