Best British Columbia Drives

The Sea-to-Sky highway is a dazzling stretch of highway. Its name is literal, with the serene blue sea on one side, sky-high jagged rock faces on the other, and just you and the road in-between.

Revelstoke to Golden

The Revelstoke to Golden route, otherwise unofficially named Majestic Mountain Range.
It’ll be hard to keep your eyes on the road while passing through this area on the Trans-Canada Highway. Pass one mountain range after another, revealing at each being equally stunning.
It’s also where you pass Rogers Pass National Historic Site, a place known for where the Canadian Pacific Railway (CPR) connected a nation from coast-to-coast. You can stop here and hike along the abandoned railway, or stop in Mount Revelstoke to hike through some wildflowers.
Osoyoos to Lake Country
Length: 150 kilometers
Indulge in Interior BC and its beauty while driving through Route 97 on these British Columbia drives.
Not only is it Lake Country, but its fertile grounds can also be deemed wine country as well. Blaze through with those roads with summery vibes, soaking in the sights of vineyards, mountains, lakes, and an abundance of fruit stands.
Pacific Marine Circle Route

Hudson’s Hope to Fort St. John
Length: 86 kilometres
Hudson’s Hope to Fort St. John is a stretch of road deemed Highway 29, a journey that takes you through the incredulous Peace River Valley.
You can knock off seeing bears, moose, deer, and elk off of your list, all while soaking in the rolling hills, farmland, and ethereal forests.
Kaslo to New Denver
Along Highway 6 and 31A to Kaslo. So hot… I should have stopped, taken my boots off and sat down on the memorial bench for a while, feet in the water. If not for the fact that I probably wouldn’t have had the courage to put said boots back on afterwards. • #canada #britishcolumbia #kaslo #highway6 #highway31a #redbench #beemer_bunny #gsgirls #ilovemyGSA #r1200gs #bmwmotorrad #xladv #wlfenduro #advrider #advlife
