Another John Green Novel To Be Turned Into A Film

If you haven’t heard of “The Fault in Our Stars,” where were you when the film was released in June 2014?

Based on the novel by John Green, starring Shailene Woodley and Ansel Elgort, this was one of the go-to movies to see that summer.

Now, another one of his novels is being adapted into a film.

In a vlog in September 2014, Green announced that “Paper Towns” looked like it was going to be adapted and that director had been hired and a screenplay was written.

It turns out that it is going to happen and “Paper Towns” is set to be released June 2015, almost a year after “The Fault in Our Stars.”

The film stars Nat Wolff as the protagonist Quentin “Q” Jacobsen. Wolff also played the role of Isaac in “The Fault in Our Stars.”

Cara Delevingne, the well-known English model, will star as Margo Roth Spiegelman.

Dedicated fans and readers could end up making this book-to-film adaptation another summer success.

Green has made several vlogs, on the YouTube channel he has with his brother Hank, from the set of “Paper Towns” while he was there with the cast and crew.

Other novels by John Green include Looking for Alaska, An Abundance of Katherines, Will Grayson, Will Grayson co-written with David Levithan, and Let It Snow with Maureen Johnson and Lauren Myracle.
