Air Canada has found itself in a sticky situation after a Vancouverite posted a video of the airline’s baggage handlers throwing passengers baggage down a ramp. Dwayne Stewart, filmed what he was witnessing and then uploaded it onto YouTube for the world to see.
Passengers of all airlines are told not to pack anything fragile in their suitcases, but after watching the video below you’ll question if you should pack anything but clothes.
Air Canada issued the following statement on their Twitter in response to the footage:
“We are extremely disappointed by the actions depicted in this video. An investigation into this has been launched,”
Air Canada has now announced the employees throwing the bags will be fired.
