Vancouver is known for its expensive real estate. Tear downs these days cost a million or more and the market seems like it will always be on the rise. New York, one of the world’s most well known cities, is also home to high real estate prices where the median price of a one bedroom apartment is over $700,000.
Macklowe Properties, a real estate company based out of Manhattan recently revealed pictures of a $95 million apartment in New York. We decided to compare it to the $29 million penthouse in Vancouver situated on floors 47-49 inside the Fairmont Pacific Rim in downtown.
