Weather – Every Vancouverite knows about what kind of weather we have during the fall and winter. It will probably be raining almost everyday from October until April, and that probably won’t be changing anytime soon.
Filming – Something that won’t be changing anytime soon is our reputation of being Hollywood North. Hollywood movies will continue to be filmed here in Vancouver, making us the third most popular film location in Canada.
Traffic – If you’re a commuter, no doubt about it, you’ll probably be sitting on the Lions Gate Bridge for the majority of your trip.

Hockey – Something that will never change is Vancouver’s favourite sport. When the hockey season starts up this year you can bet that the whole city will
Skytrains – Something that will never change is that you’ll probably never get a seat on the skytrain during rush hour.
School Rivalry – Vancouver has two major universities, Simon Fraser University and the University of British Columbia. The friendly rivalry between these two schools will never change.

Food – If you’re hungry, Vancouver has a plethora of sushi restaurants. Having a sushi restaurant on every street will never change here in Vancouver.
Fashion – Something that probably won’t be changing anytime soon is Vancouver’s taste in fashion. Girls in Lululemon yoga pants will be walking the streets for years to come.
Housing Prices – The prices may change a bit, but housing prices will always be expensive in Vancouver.

The Scenery – No where else in the world can you be on top of a mountain and look over at a beautiful city landscape. The magnificence of Stanley Park and the skyline behind it is something that every Vancouverite hopes will never ever change.
