Party In The Mountains; 24 Hours Of Winter 2017 Returns To Grouse

Grouse Mountain will once again host their annual 24 hours of winter party at the Peak of Vancouver this year.

Beginning at 8:30 a.m. on February 11th, 2017, the resort will remain open until 10 p.m. the next day, If you have ever wanted to ski or snowboard at midnight, now is your chance to do so. In addition, the mountain resort will also offer a handful of activities.

The Terrain Park will be open for the entirety of the event but is subject to periodic run closures for grooming and maintenance.

Snowshoeing will be open from 9:00 a.m. to dusk on both Saturday and Sunday, with special night tours also being offered.

The ever-popular Light Walk will be open to visitors from dusk to 10:00 p.m. on both days.

Grouse Mountain’s Sliding Zone will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on both days. Get your sled and be ready to slide!

Theatre in the Sky will have film rolling from 9:30 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. on Saturday, 9:30 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. on Sunday.

Need a thrill? Ziplining will be operating from 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. on both Saturday and Sunday. Want to go higher? Then The Eye of the Wind is definitely suited for you. It will be open between 11:00 am – 3:00 p.m. on both days.

Lastly, before you head up to Grouse Mountain make sure you know the full dining schedule as the operating hours for the food vendors are different on Saturday and Sunday.
