As we say goodbye to all things pumpkin and spooky, we enter the transitional month of November and begin to realize that Christmas is approaching far too fast.

Vancouver Asian Film Festival | November 3rd – 6th
Celebrating 20 years of film, the VAFF returns to Vancouver at the Cineplex Odeon International Village Cinemas. This year’s theme is “Homecoming” and will proudly showcase Asian culture and diversity through film.
Charlie Puth | November 4th – UPDATE: THIS EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED
The American singer/songwriter brings his We Don’t Talk Tour to The Vogue Theatre for an intimate performance. Listen to hits such as “One Call Away” and “We Don’t Talk Anymore”. Tickets start at $39.50. Doors open at 7pm.
Coquitlam Craft Beer Festival | November 4th
With 30 breweries tapped in and 10 restaurants showcasing divine bites, the Coquitlam Craft Beer Festival should definitely be on your to-do list. Happening at the Westwood Plateau Golf and Country Club.
Eastside Flea November Markets | November 4th – 6th; 18th – 20th
Shop N bop on Friday evenings and get your craft on for Saturdays and Sundays. The Eastside Flea November Markets is the perfect event to attend if you’re looking to start your holiday shopping. With over 50 local vendors, you’re bound to find something special for everyone on your Christmas list. $3 daily admission; $5 weekend pass.
Vancouver Train Expo | November 5th – 6th
For two days only, the Vancouver Train Expo pulls into the PNE Forum station to bring guests all things locomotive. If you love building model trains, join the rest of the crew and enjoy tons of exhibitors and displays by the pros. Free for children under 6; $5-$10 depending on age.
West Vancouver Craft Market | November 5th – 6th
Returning for two days this year, you may as well get a kickstart on your Christmas shopping. Gifts and unique crafts for everyone in your family – including your four-legged, furry friends too! Happening from 10am-4pm both Saturday and Sunday. Free admission for shoppers.
Il Divo Vancouver | November 6th
Amor & Passion. Il Divo will ignite the Queen Elizabeth Theatre for a night of multinational music. Tickets start at $150. 7:30pm showtime.
US Presidential Election 2016 | November 8th
More like Doomsday. Just kidding. If you love all things politics, there are a variety of venues that will be airing the US Presidential Election. We quite like The Drive Coffee Bar (check out their Facebook event). Who will take the Presidential cake – Clinton or Trump?
Cornucopia Whistler | November 10th – 20th
Quite possibly the most fun you can have in Whistler without your skis or snowboard. Remembrance Day | November 11th
The Royal Canadian Legion urges you to get involved within your community by participating in one of the many Remembrance Day ceremonies across the lower mainland this year. Honour those who have fought for our beautiful country by wearing a bright red poppy in support of our veterans.
FAN EXPO Vancouver 2016 | November 11th – 13th

Florida Georgia Line | November 12th
