Enjoy Free Outdoor Yoga In Kits Every Weekday Of Summer

Namaste Yogi’s!

Kits Space Beach Yoga is back and it’s bigger than ever for its third consecutive year—kicking off on June 1st.

The free outdoor yoga class will take place at Kitsilano Beach Park, five days a week.

Seriously, what is more relaxing than mastering (or attempting) crow pose with a beach backdrop?

Classes will cater to all levels from beginner to advanced, and everything in between.

Last year the classes occurred over three days a week and sometimes brought in nearly 250 people per session.

Kits Space aims to engage communities through social programs and grassroots projects. In the past they have also organized giant Jenga parties and tie dye water balloon fights.

Bring your own yoga mat or a beach towel to practice on. If needed, there will be some mats available free of charge, as part of their Mat Collective program.
