The Pacific National Exhibition’s 82nd annual Prize Home is a contemporary 2-level home that boasts energy-efficient and environmentally sensitive materials.

The home focuses on both relaxing and entertaining, with custom specs including a stunning kitchen, a wine display in the dining area, and an open concept that flows into a patio that features a hot tub.

In addition, the PNE Prize Home features a sports lounge, a wellness room with a sauna and fitness equipment, along with top of the line furnishings and appliances.

Following the annual Fair at the PNE, which runs from August 20th throught September 5th this year, the home will be relocated to a dedicated site in the Okanagan’s Naramata Benchlands.

Situated just north of Penticton, the area provides breathtaking panoramic lake views, acres of vineyards, wild reserves, and corridors weaving through buildings.
