A new studio has opened doors in Vancouver, embarking on a fitness journey which offers Vancouverites a whole-health approach to working out.
Situated at 1500 Howe Street, Seacity Fitness is a unique space that offers a wide range of fitness classes, each in hybrid style to promote overall wellness.
Classes available include heavy bag boxing, kettlebell strength & suspension training, fitness fused pilates, HIIT (using air bikes), resistance based yoga, restorative rehabilitation and new-to-Vancouver – the mini trampoline class. Each class is led by a world-class instructor.
